Creator Subscriptions
Fans subscribe monthly for exclusive perks, content, community, or recognition
Refund Policy
Refunds are available for ticketed events up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Digital content sales (such as tutorials, beats, or storytelling packs) are non-refundable once purchased.
Refunds for cancelled live sessions will be processed automatically.
Cancellation Policy
Creators may cancel live sessions up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Fans who purchased tickets will be refunded in full.
Subscriptions or recurring payments can be cancelled at any time through the app settings.
Terms of Service
By using Luupd, you agree to the following:
- Respect community guidelines and copyright laws.
- Remixing is encouraged, but original creators retain ownership of their content.
- Monetization features must be used responsibly and transparently.
- Luupd reserves the right to remove content that violates our policies.
- Users must be at least 13 years old to join.
