Remix : The branded action of remixing or amplifying someone else’s content. Just as Twitter coined “retweet,” Luupd owns “Re-Luup.” Saying “I re-luuped that” becomes part of the community’s language.
Drops : Timed release events that combine anticipation, exclusivity, and monetization. They create appointment culture and hype.
Battles : Competitive challenges where creators face off with content entries, judged by audience votes

Refund Policy
Refunds are available for ticketed events up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Digital content sales (such as tutorials, beats, or storytelling packs) are non-refundable once purchased.
Refunds for cancelled live sessions will be processed automatically.
Cancellation Policy
Creators may cancel live sessions up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Fans who purchased tickets will be refunded in full.
Subscriptions or recurring payments can be cancelled at any time through the app settings.

- Luupd reserves the right to remove content that violates our policies.

At checkout, card details are entered safely, and all transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR). Purchases are governed by South African law, with instant digital delivery through the Luupd app or website. Refunds, cancellations, and privacy protections are clearly outlined to ensure confidence and compliance.
